one hundred forty five

what a day it was! The last day of school and our midway ultrasound. With the OB appointment earlier in the week and my body not measuring correctly, I was ready to see this child. We saw the face, the belly, the profile, heart, stomach, brain, spine, and all the other parts... when it came to seeing the sex of the baby. Baby Schnell would not cooperate.
I had to roll over and push the belly just to get her to wake up. Yup you heard it, started with hiccups and then went to sleep. But Baby Schnell finally showed us that it was a girl!! So Archer Marie!!

today's cravings: hot chocolate, doughnuts

today's goals: get through Christmas and gain some more weight!

one hundred thirty six

well after having a run of ring worm on my stomach and a scare of an infection.... things are starting to look up. Slowly getting into Christmas time...
the Schnell's are hosting Christmas this year and we are struggling through our mouse problem and the smell the oven makes when it turns, so hopefully all will turn out well. We decorated our Christmas together and slowly are decorating our house.... the best part is the little red apples all over the tree.
I am almost at the halfway point and I am beginning to have a belly, but I don't really think I have gained any weight. This child is pulling all of it from some of my favorite parts of my body. I am hoping to find out before Christmas if we are having a little Archer or a little Kellum :)

today's cravings: doughnuts, manwich, and still mac 'n cheese

today's goals: to stay positive and stress free! HA I would like to see myself do that.

one hundred thirteen

A day that I will always remember...
we had just got back into town and were heading to Mass, we were Eucharistic Ministers that night...
When it came time for the consecration I felt my first QUICKENING, it felt like butterflies caressing the inside of my stomach. It was amazing and startled me all at once that I said OH as it was silent in church...
A day to remember as little Schnell made his/her first movements in the presence of the Eucharist :)

today's cravings: mac 'n cheese and still those baked potatoes

today's goals: to stay positive in the face of struggles

one hundred nine

well I can't say that it has been easy, but things are getting better. I haven't been as sick, my skin doesn't have that GREAT glow that they talk about, and I'm using makeup to cover up the dark circles under my eyes.
I keep being told that it will be all worth it and I know now that soon it will begin to seem that way.

today's cravings: baked potatoes w/ butter, cheese, and cottage cheese; glasses of milk; soy nut butter and jelly toasted sandwiches (on the cheap white bread)

today's goals: being lazy, read as much as I can, and continue to be positive

actually ninety-seven

I started this a bit late, but for some reasons I wanted to begin putting down some of the most incredible two hundred eighty days...

on my ninety-seventh day it has been actually a good one, waking up hitting the snooze, going back to bed, eating, back to bed, bathroom, back to bed... you see I am on Fall break but that doesn't mean I can just stay in bed. I don't remember the last time I didn't wake up at six to go the bathroom or starving at 7 and then not making it past eleven without heading to the kitchen again...

today's cravings: chicken and dumplings w/ mashed potatoes
today's goal: being lazy
today's names: Archer Marie and Kellum John
